Getting Started: Authentication & Roles
Access to OneCloud PMS is secured by a role-based authentication system. Each staff member is assigned a specific role that grants them access only to the parts of the system relevant to their job, ensuring data security and operational efficiency.

Enter your credentials to access the system.
User Roles & Access Levels:
- Admin/Manager/Owner: Full access to all system features, including settings, reports, and user management.
- Front Desk (Receptionist, Chef Reception, Reservation): Access to dashboard, reservations, guest profiles, billing, and front desk operations.
- Housekeeping: Access to the housekeeping module to manage room statuses and maintenance requests.
- Restaurant / SPA / Laundry / Transport: Access to their respective Point-of-Sale or scheduling interface to manage departmental operations.
- Maintenance: Access to the maintenance dashboard to view and update work orders.
Dashboard
Gain immediate insights with a real-time overview of your hotel's key metrics. Track revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR at a glance. The dashboard also features an activity feed for recent check-ins and payments, lists for today's arrivals and departures, and charts for room status and occupancy overview.
